China continues to rank first among the trading partners of the Port of Hamburg

Under the influence of the Belt and Road Initiative, Germany's significant logistics centres, including Hamburg and Duisburg, have focused on China and have now become essential hubs linking China and Germany, China and Europe in the economic and trade spheres.According to the latest figures released by the German Port Marketing Association of Hamburg, in the first half of this year, the container turnover of the Port of Hamburg amounted to 3.8 million TEU of cargo, down 11.7% year-on-year.
